This Privacy Policy is drafted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ЗРУ-547 dated July 2, 2019, On Personal Data, and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure their security by LLC “TOSHKENT GULLARI GROUP” (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

1.1. The Operator considers ensuring the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens in the processing of personal data—including the right to privacy, personal and family confidentiality—to be a top priority.

1.2. This Policy applies to all personal data that the Operator may collect from visitors of the website https://tg.uz, from Unified Contact Center (UCC) information kiosks, and from the Complaints and Suggestions Book.

1.3. Consent to the processing of personal data
By registering in our loyalty system, you give your consent to the processing and use of your personal data, including, but not limited to, receiving notifications, advertising materials, and messages via all available communication channels, in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

2. Key Terms Used in This Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data – data processing using computing technologies.
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of data processing (except in cases where processing is required to clarify personal data).
2.3. Website – a collection of graphic and informational content, software, and databases accessible via the Internet at https://tg.uz.
2.4. Personal data information system – a set of databases and software tools used to process personal data.
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data – actions making it impossible to determine the identity of the data subject without additional information.
2.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions performed on personal data, with or without automation, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, or destruction.
2.7. Operator – a public or private entity that organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines its purposes and scope.
2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable user of the website, UCC kiosks, or the Complaints and Suggestions Book.
2.9. User – any visitor of the website, UCC kiosks, or the Complaints and Suggestions Book.
2.10. Provision of personal data – disclosure of personal data to a specific individual or group.
2.11. Distribution of personal data – disclosure of personal data to an unspecified group, including publication in the media, on the Internet, or via other public access methods.
2.12. Destruction of personal data – actions that result in the irreversible deletion of data from information systems or physical media.
2.13. Location access – requested to determine the delivery address.
2.14. Camera/photo/video access – requested so that the client can scan a QR code on a certificate to top up their virtual wallet.

3. Personal Data the Operator May Process

3.1. Full name
3.2. Date of birth
3.3. Occupation
3.4. Marital status
3.5. Number of family members
3.6. Email address
3.7. Phone numbers
3.8. Anonymized data collected via analytics tools (e.g., cookies) using services such as Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics

These types of data are collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.

4. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

4.1. To inform users via SMS and push notifications; to provide access to services and content on the website; and to respond to user inquiries.
4.2. The Operator may send users updates about new products and services, promotions, and events. Users may opt out of such messages by contacting the Operator via any official communication channel with the subject "Unsubscribe from promotional messages."
4.3. Anonymized data is used to analyze user behavior and improve website performance and content.

5. Legal Grounds for Processing

5.1. The Operator processes personal data only when the user voluntarily provides it via forms on the website, UCC kiosks, or the Complaints and Suggestions Book. Submission constitutes consent to this Policy.
5.2. Anonymized data is processed if allowed in the user’s browser settings (e.g., cookies enabled).

The Operator ensures the security of personal data through legal, organizational, and technical measures that comply with applicable personal data protection laws.

6.1. The Operator takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
6.2. Personal data will never be shared with third parties unless required by law.
6.3. Users may update their personal data by contacting the Operator with the subject "Update of personal data."
6.4. Personal data is stored for an indefinite period. Users may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Operator with the subject "Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing."

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Users may request clarification regarding personal data processing by contacting the Operator via any official communication channel.
7.2. Changes to this Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in effect until it is replaced by a new version.
